Notes: I substituted the outside of the corn muffin at lunch as a bread serving.
SATURDAY:

Lunch: Taco Bueno--Fajita Chicken Salad in a Bowl w/
about 1/8 c of jalapeno slices, a little of my husband's sour cream and
guacamole with firehouse salsa.
